King Pharmaceuticals

In August 1997, Aderis formed a partnership with King R&D (formerly Medco Research) for the development and commercialization of our adenosine A2A agonists. This agreement includes Binodenoson (MRE-0470), our novel blood vessel dilator for pharmacological stress testing and MRE-0094 used topically as adjunct therapy in diabetic foot ulcers. In return, we receive license fees and milestone payments, as well as royalties based on product sales. We have also retained co-development and co-marketing rights for therapeutic applications of our other adenosine A2A agonists.

In December 2003, King began Phase III clinical trials of Binodenoson and continues development of MRE-0094.

"Each of our partners shares Aderis' dedication and commitment to rapid development and commercialization, regardless of whether that partner is providing us with products to develop or developing and commercializing our product candidates"
