Targeted Acquisition

In addition to in-licensing exciting new molecules for development, we will seek to make targeted acquisitions to expand our product and technology portfolio.

We believe that a great many of the most exciting new drug therapies will come from work currently underway in young, emerging companies. A number of these firms are undervalued and may represent strategic opportunities for Aderis.

We intend to seek out and acquire development stage companies with promising small molecule drug candidates as well as later stage firms with products that offer near term sales potential.
