Internal Development

At Aderis, we have assembled a management team, board of directors and scientific staff with experience in drug development and commercialization strategies. Our core competencies include synthetic chemistry, pharmacology, regulatory affairs, clinical trial management, biostatistics, economics and commercialization.

Our internal development programs consist of expanded expertise in synthetic chemistry and pharmacology and key elements of clinical development while outsourcing routine drug development activities. We intend to outsource certain specific activities of clinical development such as non-clinical toxicology, and clinical site management.

Using our internal capabilities, Aderis intends to retain development responsibility and marketing rights to our drug candidates through late-stage clinical development and/or regulatory approval to maximize the value of each of our drug candidates. We believe that undertaking the cost and risks of clinical development of our drugs will position us to either approach the market directly with our drugs or to negotiate out-licensing arrangements that result in higher royalties.
