Out Licensing

At Aderis, our goal is to ensure that we are able to achieve the fastest "time-to-market" possible for our drugs and maximize the global market penetration of the drugs. We assess our drug candidates to determine the optimal development and commercialization strategy for each. Often we will decide to collaborate with larger pharmaceutical firms that offer substantial clinical development resources and international sales and marketing presence.

Aderis has formed partnerships with Schwarz Pharma AG for worldwide development and sales of Rotigotine CDS, and with King R&D, a subsidiary of King Pharmaceuticals, for worldwide development and sales of the pharmacologic stress agent, Binodenoson, and a topical wound healing gel, MRE-0094. These agreements are expected to provide us with substantial license fees and milestone payments, in addition to on-going product royalties.
