Partnerships & Collaborations

While we intend to retain development responsibility and marketing rights to our drug candidates through late stage development, we will seek to form collaborations or partnerships earlier in the cycle when we believe that the development costs far outweigh our ability to fund them.

Our alliances with Schwarz Pharma for Rotigotine CDS, and King Pharmaceuticals for Binodenoson and MRE-0094 provide for our collaborators to fully fund development costs and to provide us with substantial license fees and milestone payments, in addition to on-going royalties that allow us to pursue internal development activities on other product candidates.

Aderis' partnerships and collaborations enable us to remain focused on drug development and advance product candidates through the clinical development pipeline more quickly.
