Aderis' internal research and pre-clinical development programs focus predominantly on cardiovascular and renal disease pathways.

Using our internal expertise in biology, pharmacology and synthetic chemistry, Aderis has amassed a wealth of knowledge, clinical data and intellectual property related to receptor-specific adenosine agonists and antagonists. Our adenosine receptor platform has positioned us to develop superior therapeutic approaches to atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease diagnosis and other cardiovascular conditions. There may also be additional potential for these adenosine receptors in inflammatory conditions affecting the cardiovascular and renal systems.

We believe that our adenosine platform and early work in other inflammation mediators now underway in our research laboratories hold the potential for the development of novel drug candidates that can rapidly advance into clinical trials.
