From Boston:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) West ~30 miles to Exit 11A (I-495). Follow signs for I-495 South (CapeCod). Take the W. Main St. Exit, Exit Number 21A, towards Hopkinton. Proceed on Main Street 1.5 miles to 85 Main Street (on the right). It is a converted school building. Aderis Pharmaceuticals is located on the second level.
From Providence:
Take I-95 North to Exit 6B, I-495 North Worcester. Follow I-495 North for 21 miles to Exit 21A, W. Main Street - Hopkinton. Proceed on Main Street 1.5 miles to 85 Main Street (on the right). It is a converted school building. Aderis Pharmaceuticals is located on the second level.
From the West:

From Richmond International Airport (I-64 West Bound)
Take the Airport Drive to Interstate 64, enter I-64 toward Richmond. Continue on I-64 until it merges with I-95 North. About three miles beyond downtown Richmond, exit to I-64 West to Charlottesville. Within one mile, exit to Hwy 33-Staples Mill Road. In the exit lane, move to the left and take the left branch, Staples Mill Road East. On Staples Mill Road, immediately move into the left lane and turn left at first light (Bethlehem Road). Proceed down the road as it curves to the right (name changes to Dabney Road). Continue one mile on Dabney Road through the Jacques Road intersection (stop light). Past the intersection, turn right at the third driveway (Dabney Corporate Center). Proceed to the rear buildings. We are in the right rear building (2028, Suite E-17).
From North Carolina (I-95 North Bound)

From Downtown Richmond:
Take Broad Street west to Westwood (stop light). Turn right on Westwood, and within 200 feet angle left (first left) onto Dabney Road. Proceed 0.4 miles to Dabney Corporate Center on the left hand side (If you come to the next stop light, Jacques Road you have gone too far). Turn left into driveway and proceed to the rear buildings. We are in the right rear building (2028, Suite E-17).
