1. When was Aderis Pharmaceuticals founded?
1A. Aderis was incorporated in Richmond, Virginia on April 22, 1994 as Discovery Therapeutics, Inc. We changed our name to Aderis Pharmaceuticals in January of 2002.

2A. Aderis has entered into licensing agreements with Schwarz Pharma AG, and King R & D (a subsidiary of King Pharmaceuticals).

3. What is the most advanced product in Aderis' pipeline?
3A. Our most advanced product is Rotigotine CDS (SPM-962), a dopamine agonist formulated as a transdermal patch for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. This product has completed 3 Phase III trials for both early and late stage Parkinson's Disease. Schwarz Pharma plans to submit New Drug Applications to the FDA and the European regulatory authorities in Q3 2004. It is being developed through a licensing agreement with Schwarz Pharma AG.

4A. Aderis' product pipeline currently focuses on indications for CNS and cardiovascular conditions. These include: Parkinson's disease, Restless Leg Syndrome, Cardiac Image Stress Testing, Atrial Fibrillation and Wound Healing in Diabetic Foot Ulcers.

5A. Aderis has approximately 5,250 sq-ft of office space in Hopkinton, Massachusetts to house corporate management and administration. Additionally, Aderis Pharmaceuticals occupies approximately 7,000 sq-ft of laboratory and office space in Richmond, Virginia for its research and development operations.
