Aderis Pharmaceuticals To Present At CIBC World Markets Annual Biotechnology & Specialty Pharmaceuticals Conference

Peter Savas, President, CEO and Chairman, to present on Wednesday, April 30, 2003

Hopkinton, MA - Apr 28, 2003 - Aderis Pharmaceuticals announced today that President, CEO and Chairman, Peter Savas, will present a corporate overview on Wednesday, April 30 at 9:30 a.m. (EST) during the CIBC World Markets Annual Biotechnology & Specialty Pharmaceuticals Conference. The conference will take place April 30 – May 1 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City and will feature presentations from more than 80 leading public and private healthcare therapeutics companies.

Savas’ presentation will include an update regarding the Company’s late-stage clinical development programs in Parkinson’s disease, Restless Legs Syndrome, atrial fibrillation, pharmacologic stress testing and diabetic foot ulcers. He will also discuss Aderis Pharmaceuticals’ development partnerships with Fujisawa Healthcare, Schwarz Pharma and King Pharmaceuticals, and the Company’s financial position. The Company recently received a $2 million milestone payment from Fujisawa Healthcare, and believes its experienced leadership team, adequate cash reserves and lack of debt position it to maximize multiple product development opportunities.
