King Pharmaceuticals Announces – Binodenoson Phase I and II Clinical Trial Results to be Presented at American Society of Nuclear Cardiology Meeting
Results indicate that binodenoson, an adenosine A2A receptor agonist for cardiac pharmacologic stress-imaging appears to detect myocardial ischemia a well as adenosine, while minimizing side effects like heart block, dyspnea and chest pain.
