Aderis Pharmaceuticals is committed to improving clinical outcomes and quality of life for people living with devastating CNS, cardiovascular and inflammatory conditions. Our expertise in sub-type specific receptor technologies allows us to quickly develop new and effective pharmaceuticals. Since our founding in 1994, we have already developed 7 proprietary small molecule product candidates for multiple indications. Five are currently in development focused on nine indication areas. Aderis, although focused in cardiovascular diseases, is also developing other "opportunistic" projects that utilize the company's expertise and fill a therapeutic void in important areas of medicine.
Though none of our products are designed to cure disease, each alleviates painful, debilitating symptoms and enables patients to live more normal and fulfilling lives.
Corporate collaborations are an integral part of our development and growth strategy. Aderis has development and commercialization agreements with Schwarz Pharma for Rotigotine, with King Pharmaceuticals for Binodenoson and MRE-0094 and Canfite BioPharma for CF101.
